Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

Welcome to Sitenorr.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://sitenorr.com (“Website”) and the website audit and related services provided by Sitenorr (“Sitenorr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website or requesting an audit from Sitenorr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. About Sitenorr

Sitenorr provides website auditing, performance analysis, technical recommendations, and related website services.

Our services may include:

  • Website performance audits
  • Technical website analysis
  • Performance recommendations
  • Website optimization recommendations
  • Website development or maintenance services
  • Other website-related services agreed upon with a customer

The specific services provided to a customer may vary depending on the customer’s requirements and the scope agreed upon between the customer and Sitenorr.

2. Website Audit Service

Sitenorr allows users to submit a website URL and receive an automated website audit.

To request an audit, you may be asked to provide:

  • Website URL
  • Email address
  • Company size
  • Website type or category

The audit may analyze publicly accessible information and website performance data.

Sitenorr may use third-party technologies, including Google PageSpeed Insights API, to collect performance-related information necessary to generate the audit.

3. Audit Results and Limitations

Sitenorr’s audit results are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate results, we do not guarantee that:

  • Every audit result will be completely accurate
  • All website issues will be detected
  • All recommendations will be applicable to every website
  • A website will achieve a particular PageSpeed or Lighthouse score
  • A website will achieve a particular search-engine ranking
  • Website traffic or conversions will increase
  • Website loading performance will improve by a specific amount
  • Any particular business result will be achieved

Website performance can vary depending on hosting, server configuration, network conditions, device, browser, third-party services, website content, plugins, themes, and other factors.

Third-party testing tools may also produce different results at different times.

You should consider the audit as a technical assessment rather than a guarantee of a particular outcome.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Sitenorr, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information where requested
  • Submit only website URLs that you are authorized to have analyzed
  • Use the Website for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Website or its services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sitenorr systems
  • Not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Website
  • Not use Sitenorr to conduct unlawful activities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization to submit a website URL for analysis.

5. Website Access and Availability

We aim to keep Sitenorr available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Website or any particular feature will always be available.

The Website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical problems
  • Hosting or infrastructure issues
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Security incidents
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or its services at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Sitenorr may rely on third-party services and technologies to provide certain features.

These may include:

  • Google PageSpeed Insights API
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Email service providers
  • Payment providers such as Payoneer
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.

Sitenorr is not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

7. Paid Services

Following an audit, a customer may choose to purchase additional website-related services from Sitenorr.

These services may include website development, optimization, troubleshooting, maintenance, or other services agreed upon with the customer.

The scope, price, deliverables, and estimated timeline for additional services will be communicated to the customer before work begins.

A customer is not required to purchase additional services simply because they have requested or received an audit.

8. Quotes and Service Scope

Any quotation provided by Sitenorr applies only to the specific scope described in that quotation.

If the customer requests additional work outside the agreed scope, Sitenorr may provide an additional quotation or adjust the project cost accordingly.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, work outside the original scope is not included in the original quoted price.

The customer should review and approve the proposed scope and pricing before additional paid work begins.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before paid services begin.

Sitenorr may use third-party payment providers, including Payoneer, to facilitate payments.

Payment processing may be subject to the applicable terms, fees, restrictions, and policies of the payment provider.

Sitenorr does not require customers to provide payment credentials directly to Sitenorr when those credentials are processed by a third-party payment provider.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may depend on the type and status of the service purchased.

Because certain website services require time, technical work, planning, configuration, or customized development, completed work or work already performed may not always be eligible for a refund.

Any refund or cancellation terms specifically agreed upon with a customer will take precedence over general provisions of these Terms for that particular service.

Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted by contacting:

info@sitenorr.com

11. Service Delivery

For paid website services, Sitenorr will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.

Project timelines may change because of:

  • Delays in receiving required information
  • Delays in receiving website access
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Third-party service issues
  • Hosting or server problems
  • Unexpected technical issues
  • Changes to the project scope

Customers are responsible for providing the information, access, credentials, content, approvals, and other materials reasonably necessary for completing the agreed work.

12. Website Access and Customer Authorization

If you hire Sitenorr to modify, maintain, optimize, or otherwise work on your website, you confirm that you have the authority to provide the necessary access.

You remain responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own or are authorized to operate the website
  • You have the necessary rights to the website content
  • You have permission to authorize Sitenorr to perform the requested work

Sitenorr is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized access or instructions provided by someone who did not have appropriate authority.

13. Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their website, database, files, and other important information before significant changes are made.

Where technically appropriate, Sitenorr may recommend or create backups as part of a service.

Unless explicitly included in the agreed scope, Sitenorr does not guarantee that a complete backup will be created or maintained.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sitenorr retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, processes, code libraries, templates, systems, know-how, and other materials developed independently of a customer’s project.

For customer-specific work, ownership or usage rights will depend on the agreed scope and applicable payment terms.

The customer retains ownership of content, trademarks, logos, images, data, and other materials supplied by the customer, subject to the rights of third parties.

The customer grants Sitenorr the limited permission necessary to use those materials solely for providing the agreed services.

15. Customer Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, text, software, data, or other materials you provide to Sitenorr do not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

You agree not to provide materials that:

  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Violate privacy rights
  • Contain unlawful content
  • Contain malicious code intended to harm systems
  • You are not legally authorized to provide

Sitenorr may refuse to work with content or requests that we reasonably believe create legal, security, or ethical risks.

16. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect our systems and information.

However, no website, hosting environment, software, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

When providing website credentials or access information to Sitenorr, customers should use secure methods and provide only the level of access reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

  • Reverse engineer proprietary components except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Use the service to facilitate unlawful activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

18. No Professional or Legal Advice

Sitenorr’s audit reports and recommendations are technical in nature.

They are not legal, financial, cybersecurity, accessibility, SEO, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice where required for their specific circumstances.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sitenorr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Website or services.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of website traffic

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sitenorr harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Website or services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Content or materials you provide to Sitenorr
  • Your lack of authorization to provide access to a website or related systems

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim results from Sitenorr’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Third-Party Websites

Sitenorr may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These third-party websites are not controlled by Sitenorr.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

22. Privacy

Your use of Sitenorr is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

You can review our Privacy Policy on the Sitenorr Website.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Sitenorr after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a material change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide such notice in an appropriate manner.

  • Violates these Terms
  • Uses the Website unlawfully

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and applicable dispute-related provisions.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law.

Because Sitenorr may serve customers internationally, certain consumer protection and other mandatory legal rights may apply to customers depending on their country or jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific written agreement, quotation, or statement of work agreed between Sitenorr and a customer, constitute the applicable agreement regarding the services provided.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement, the specific written agreement will control for the service covered by that agreement.
